With a genuine love for design, Morgan has served small and large businesses since 2009. She started as a project manager, honed her craft, and partnered to create her first company, where she was the artistic backbone.

Those years as an entrepreneur sparked a curiosity about not just how things look but how they are made. Morgan bought her own laser machine, taught herself to use it, and found that anything she imagined could come to life.

She funneled that creativity into Access48, which has become a one-stop design studio known for superior signage and fast turnarounds.

Morgan has built a company that's fun to work for, with transparency from the top down. She believes jobs run smoother when everyone is on the same page.

Most days you'll find Morgan doing hot yoga or enjoying the outdoors, always with her dogs by her side.
