To get an accurate bid

• Sign schedule and plans, including all addenda
• Signage specification section
• Install scope: who installs, and whether electrical is by others
• Project schedule and target install window
• Any owner or brand standards that apply

Submittals

• Shop drawings for every sign type, with dimensions, materials, finishes and mounting details
• Samples of finishes, colors and braille when the spec calls for them
• Product data for purchased components like lighting and power supplies

Production starts after submittals are approved and the deposit is received.

Before we install

• Walls finished and painted, with blocking in place where signs mount to studs
• Power at illuminated sign locations, with circuits and disconnects by the electrical contractor unless included in our scope
• Clear, safe access to the work areas, and lifts where needed
• Site contact and access instructions for the install day

Scheduling and coordination

We confirm install dates once production is complete and the site is ready. If the site isn’t ready on the scheduled day, a return trip may be billed as additional work. See our Terms and Conditions for details.

Closeout

We walk the sign schedule with your team after install, handle punch-list items, and provide warranty information for your closeout package.
